If you have won the auction and the booking price has been reached, an invoice will be sent to you automatically by email. Didn't receive an invoice? Check the SPAM folder in your email account, if the invoice email is not available in your SPAM folder either, send the email to: [email protected]. After receiving your payment to our account, we will inform you by email about its receipt and we will also send you information about taking over the item. 

If you have won the auction and the booking price has not been met, we will contact you by email.

In the event that the winning user in a given auction offers a price for a given item that is at least equal to the reservation price and pays the system-generated advance invoice including commission and relevant VAT to our account, you will immediately be sent information requesting an invoice reduced by the agreed commission. with a maturity of 3 working days.

The invoice can be paid by bank transfer or direct deposit to our account.

Unless otherwise stated, VAT is added to all items. In all cases, this is displayed on the current object.
